"There are four young friends with a shared dream: running their own authentic Spanish tapas restaurant and delivering impeccable service. It all started with childhood friends Pau and Pepe, from a town in Valencia called Burriana, when they took the leap in 2019 to come over and work in hospitality in Devon. Soon after they were joined by third friend Ernesto, a Head Chef with solid experience in a range of European Michelin Star Restaurants. The trio worked very successfully as a team, and shortly after, Ernesto's partner Ray, joined them to complete the crew. The dream of running their own restaurant is coming into fruition with the creation of Flamenca, a welcoming well-run Spanish Tapas addition to the food scene in Devon"
