Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"Now this is a exceptional Indian restaurant went for the 7 course taster menu which was incredible in taste and look, truly above any other Indian restaurants Iv been too the service was excellent the waiters were very knowledgeable in all the courses and we were asked about any dietary restrictions which was great as I can’t have gluten and the kitchen staff amended the dishes that were gluten, all in all the place is exceptional ."
