“Delicious pizzas” cooked in a wood-fired oven (plus eccentric ice-creams) win fans for this “basic room on the main road north of the city centre”.
Going solo and from strength to strength after the owners closed their Westbury-on-Trym spin-off in 2017 – a “buzzy” and locally celebrated yet “down-to-earth” spot offering “brilliant pizzas cooked in the wood-fired oven and a great range of ices with unusual flavour combinations”.
A high-profile pizza joint and ice cream pitstop, touted for its sourdough bases and “great use of local produce to create interesting toppings”. It may be “a bit overrated by the trendies”, but reports are solid in the main. In spring 2017 they surprisingly closed their recently-opened outpost (in Casamia’s old Westbury-on-Trym home) to focus efforts on this their HQ.
A “popular” and “friendly” Clifton-chic venue specialising in “very good” wood-fired sourdough pizzas and ice-cream. The owners opened a Westbury-On-Trym sibling in May 2016.
