For 30 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"Tremendous value and stunning food. We had a lovely family meal here and I’d highly recommend it. The staff were a delight, matching the food and the place had a real buzz to it. The wine is quite pricey but this is easily offset by the amazing value for money provided by the food. Brighton has many great restaurants, this is definitely up there with the best of them!"
