Luxury boutique hotel Flemings Mayfair is offering cut-price overnight packages from January until spring 2016 as it goes ‘under the knife’ for the second stage of its £14 million refurbishment project. This summer the 150-year-old hotel will unveil a new look, as well as an 80-cover restaurant by chef Shaun Rankin of Jersey’s famed (although these days subject to mixed Harden’s survey feedback) Ormer.
Just by Mayfair’s Shepherd’s Market, the hotel will undergo renovations from 5 January until spring 2016. Following the transformation of the ground and first floor rooms during the first stage of the project in 2015, the rooms on the second and third floor will now be renovated in a self-contained operation. Inspired by its transformative ‘procedure’, guests can take advantage of cut-price ‘Nip & Tuck’ rates offering up to 25% off, such as the Nip ‘n’ Tuck Gold (£157.50 ex. VAT, pre-paid with breakfast to-go) and the Nip ‘n’ Tuck Platinum (£185, fully flexible including room-service breakfast).
Shaun Rankin’s new restaurant and bar concept is set to open in early summer 2016, but the hotel will offer alternative dining options in the recently-unveiled Drawing Room and 24-hour in-room dining menu.
