Thank you for joining our Platinum membership – the member’s club that gives you exclusive savings at some of the UK’s best restaurants, as well as deals on luxury travel, food and wine delivery.

1. How do I access my membership privileges
You can find offers via our website hardens.com and using the Harden’s App. Instructions for doing so are given elsewhere in this section. To claim an offer in a restaurant, you need your Harden’s Digital Member’s Card as explained on this page.

2. Where do I download the Harden’s Club app
The Harden’s Restaurant Club App contains your Digital Member’s Card, so it’s important to download it to give you access to offers in restaurants. Use the appropriate link below according to the make of your phone.
When you have downloaded the app, please activate your membership by logging in. Visit the My Club tab and enter the appropriate email and password.

3. How do I search for restaurant offers
Both the website and app incorporate powerful search tools to find restaurants with offers in the location in which you wish to dine. Enter the general location in the search bar then activate the “Club offers” filter to show only those restaurants with offers.
You can also start a search by clicking on the button in the member centre. This activates the search filter and searches on offers nearest to your registered postcode.
Offers are shown at the top of the page of the appropriate restaurant. You must be logged in •.

4. How do I search for other offers
As well as exclusive offers at the UK’s best restaurants, Harden’s Platinum membership also entitles you to luxury travel, exclusive access to member’s clubs and savings on food delivery, etc). You can view the current offer via the appropriate button on the Member’s Centre.

5. How do I book an offer
By phone: call the restaurant, mentioning that you are a Harden’s Platinum member when you book.
Via the website and app: use the button provided to reserve. Note that your reservation is not in “real time” but dependent on confirmation that it has been accepted by the restaurant

6. What is the Harden’s Digital Member’s Card
Restaurants may ask you to prove that you are a member of Harden’s Platinum. To do so, use the Harden’s Club App. From the My Club screen, click on the button for your digital card and show it to the restaurant.
7. Is there someone in the restaurant who can help in case of difficulties
Yes. The name of our club contact for every restaurant partner can be found in a link next to the restaurant offer, accessible to logged in users via either our phone or via our app.

8. How can I get general help

10. What’s is Harden’s National Diner’s Poll and can I take part?
Harden's was the first business in the UK to systematically collate User Generated Content to create restaurant ratings and reviews. The poll takes place each year, and as a registered club member you will be invited to take part. Learn more here.
