Summary
This “delicious veggie Indian” operation launched 10 years ago in a Victorian church school building in Norwich, and its “authentic and thoughtful” Gujarati cuisine, with the addition of ‘meat substitute’ dishes, has fuelled steady expansion in recent times – “finally a good Indian option in Twickenham!”. An Oxford branch opened in July 2025, with Birmingham set to follow.
