Harden's survey result
Summary
“An ageless vegetarian”: if you haven’t been to this “no bookings and shared tables” café – tucked away on the first-floor of quaint Neal’s Yard – in the last three years, you might easily miss the fact that it’s changed its name and gone veggie (it was fka the World Food Café). For a snack near Covent Garden, it provides a smallish menu of “lovely genuine organic salads, veg burgers” and other fare. It also has a less commented-on Islington spin-off, with a good proportion of seating at the open kitchen counter, which features a dedicated brunch menu and a small selection of pizzas.
For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
