Harden's says
Opening in late March In Bedford Street, Covent Garden, an all-day brasserie from the team behind The Oystermen and nearby Bedford Street Wines. Inspired by the brasseries of Paris and Manhattan, they're not all about seafood this time round and they're sourcing their meat from the West Country.
Harden's survey result
Summary
“New opening from the people behind the Oystermen” (and Bedford Street Wines) that launched in late March 2024, also in Covent Garden – a minimalist, all-day operation that is not all about seafood this time round; and with meat sourced from the West Country. The menu is modern brasserie fare: one early experience was “good all-round if hit and miss: some dishes were less impressive but some excellent”.
For 34 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
