Restaurateur Umut Özkanca and chef Colin Clague bring their Dubai restaurant to London, promising a fine dining take on Middle Eastern food with a nod to Özkanca's native Turkey – which should go down well in its salubrious Mayfair locale. They've teamed up with Conran & Partners on the restaurant's design.
