Harden's says
Ruth Rogers scrapped lans for a second River Café were scrapped in 2016 after Mayfair residents objected to the plans, with locals saying they 'did not want diners revving their Ferraris outside until 1 am'. The Duke of Westminster’s property firm Grosvenor, which owns the site next to the new Gagosian gallery, will not proceed with a planning application.
