Harden's says
Asian Tapas is nowadays the focus at Mr Ji's, which started a few years ago as a stall selling Taiwanese fried chicken in Camden; this bricks and mortar branch opened in January 2021, with a little help from the team behind cult favourite Ta Ta Eatery.
Harden's survey result
Summary
“Taiwanese chicken that’s fun, fast and cheap” (plus other “great, dirty Asian bites”), has created a buzz around this tapas-inspired haunt in Soho. Founder Samuel Haim started out selling street food in Camden, and has now teamed up with Ta Ta Eatery’s Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng, with a second site slated to open in Camden’s Parkway in the latter half of 2022.
For 34 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
