Harden's survey result
Summary
Christine Lau’s “enduring” Soho “institution” (just north of the melee of Chinatown) is noted for its “excellent food” at “very reasonable prices” and particularly for its “warm service” – “and they never rush customers”. “The regulars are just that – regular”, and for very good reason: “I always head here when in the West End”; “it’s a place I can always go and feel the world is somewhere else!”
For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

Owner's description
Those of you who already know Chinese food will make up your own minds. For those of you who don't, we will be very happy to help you choose.
The art of Chinese cuisine consists of the combination of opposing elements (Ying Yang, you might say) and it is here that we can best offer our services.
