“The food is always excellent and staff lovely” at this two-year-old contemporary take on Japanese fine dining, by Chelsea Green. The kitchen is run by Taiji Maruyama, a third-generation sushi chef with a nine-year stint at Nobu under his toque.
“In the ever-growing range of Asian fusion restaurants”, this year-old, neighbourhood Japanese on Chelsea Green “is a great new addition”. The prices raise the odd complaint however – “it’s good, but for these prices it would have to be the best in London...”
