Harden's says
The oldest of Harrods restaurant spaces – and the only one built as such – the former Georgian Restaurant on the Fourth Floor dates from 1913, and was re-named a couple of years ago. A large space, its most striking feature is the Art Deco domed glass ceiling. An all-day operation, you can breakfast here and grab any kind of bite all day. It comes into its own, though, for its traditional teas – either as a destination it itself, or as a break from emptying your wallet elsewhere in the building…
