Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"Found this restaurant before going to The Old Vic. Tables were a bit too near to each other making the place quite packed pre-theatre. The menu was typically Italian, as were the waiting staff. The first course of antipasto for two was very good but the second course of pasta was truly a cut above the expected. The linguine and seafood I had was excellent. Best I've had for ages."
