“Very strong dim sum” still justifies the trip for some fans of this Cantonese, in a “strange, rather soulless new development” in Colindale – hailed in The Times a couple of years ago as the UK’s best. There is also a school of thought though which says “don’t bother!”
“A proper Hong Kong experience transplanted” to Colindale’s new Beaufort Park, providing “excellent dim sum, sensibly priced and briskly served”. “At 5pm, a standard Cantonese menu takes over”.
In the new Beaufort Park area of Colindale, a modern Chinese at the foot of a recent development; even if The Times review hailing it as the UK’s best is a tad wide of the mark, it wins enthusiastic praise for its “terrific dim sum and other classic dishes”.
