Harden's survey result
For 25 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. This year diners have submitted over 60,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK.
The “intense and interesting flavours” of Christian Honor’s “inventive” cuisine have won a host of admirers for his two-year-old café in a converted Muswell Hill front room, and his follow-up open-kitchen venture in Hoxton: “it’s a funky experience but someone here knows how to cook” and “the welcome is very warm”. “Fabulous cakes, too”.
“Muswell Hill locals queue around the block” for this “brave but wonderful venture”, in “a converted front room with awkward seating”; “there’s no menu – it’s whatever the chef cooks on the day”, but its salads, cakes and so on have “brilliant flavours”, and “the mismatched furniture and rickety tables add to the charm”.
