“Damn fine coffee! Nuff said!” – “complex and expertly made” – is the focus at this “super-cool spot” in Shoreditch (the offshoot of an NZ original). The beans are “roasted downstairs” with wonderful aromas floating up from the big machines in the basement, while upstairs a “funky crowd enjoy food and drinks” from the “best breakfast” to late-night cocktails. A second London branch is scheduled to open in Bethnal Green in late-2019.
Fabulous aromas from the large roasting machines in the basement hit you as you enter this hip haven for caffeine-lovers – a perfect hipster combination of cool Kiwi and chilled Shoreditch vibes, and one delivering superlative brews and dependable brunch fare.
“Unbeatable… except for the queues in the morning”; the habit-forming smell from the big roasting machines in the basement is justification enough for a trip to this superbly hip, Kiwi-owned Shoreditch haunt, which provides exceptional brews and does a “fab” brunch too.
