From the Queen of afternoon tea Bea Vo (Bea's of Bloomsbury), a follow-up to her American diner Stax which opened in Carnaby Street's Kingly Court last year. As well as favourites from Stax, her new US-inspired venture near Old Street station riffs on Deep South cooking.
