Summary
This good-looking Shoreditch rooftop has traded for a while as just a bar (called TT Liquor), but dropped the ‘Liquor’ part in summer 2024 to highlight the arrival of chef Sam Lone, who oversees the wood-fired oven that’s the kitchen’s main event. On the easygoing menu, seasonal sharing plates BBQ’d, baked and smoked over the coals; and some of them pickled for good measure.
