“A vibrant restaurant and bar run by a couple with family and friends” that was opened in the Highlands in 2022 by Sam & Rachel Hawkins. Very contemporary in a design informed by their travels in the Alps and NZ – reports say its bar/bistro fare is “innovative” and the whole approach really “accommodating”.
