“Set up by a Masterchef semi-finalist” (Irishman Eamon Hunt) and Sicilian FOH Pompeo Siracusa, this “fabulous restaurant” with rooms has made waves in the city since opening in 2013. Two years back it moved to this bigger location, “in uphill Lincoln, in the shadow of the Castle”, and wins praise for its “first-class food” that “changes with the seasons”. Concerns? – it’s not inexpensive, and the odd service glitch is reported.
