Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"Food reliably good. This time we had Prawn Dumplings, Scallop Dumplings, Prawn with Cashew Nuts, and Egg Fried Rice. All were very tasty and portions generous. Service and ambience good at a quiet weekday lunchtime. Saturday evening and Sunday lunch get very busy. Our bill for two with teas was £43.84"
