Harden's says

Father and son chefs, Albert & Michel Roux Jr, collaborate north of the border for the first time with a fine dining establishment in Inverlochy Castle. Michel's daughter Emily will come on board too, focusing on development of the French menu with a Scottish twist. The day-to-day running of the restaurant will be done by Roux kitchen-trained chefs.
