Our wonderful chef, Richard Cook and his skilled kitchen team have a passion for food that is evident on every plate served at The Lamb.
We are proud to be a family owned pub and restaurant with rooms, owned by the Newbon family since 2011. We have overseen a loving refurbishment and are very proud to present The Lamb in its current glory, welcoming guests to enjoy fine food, an extensive bar selection and also our luxurious rooms. The rich history of this building is embraced, we hope will continue to be at the heart of our Sussex village for many more years to come.
