“A revelation – what a wonderful find”: this “ridiculously small” seaside restaurant (“book well ahead”) delivers “excellent fresh fish”. “I felt I was on the coast in New England…” rather than in converted toilets (albeit glam Art Deco ones) in mid-Wales!

“Right on the seashore, but raised above it”, this “small, unique” converted Art Deco toilet has distinct California vibes; sit on the terrace eating “SUPER FRESH fish”.

“Situated on the harbour front and directly facing a beautiful sea vista”, this “small and intimate” gem is “amusingly located in a converted art deco public toilet but the ambience is more that of a Californian beach shack – especially in summer when you eat outside on a sail-covered deck”. To eat: “essentially fish and seafood that’s simply but beautifully cooked”.

“By the fish docks and facing out to sea across the prom”“a fish restaurant with (you guessed it) mega-fresh fish!”; despite its unsavoury past (it’s “located in former public toilets!”), this “stylish” place is now a “charming and quirky” destination, with “outstanding sea views”, plus “enthusiastic staff”. NB “It’s tiny so you’ll have to book – the only downside!”
