For 25 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. This year diners have submitted over 60,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK.
“There’s just something about sitting on one of the stools” (“they even replaced the old uncomfortable ones!”), and “watching the world go by”, at this “fun-and-frisky” Soho haven (a characterful, tiled ex butcher’s shop). “Charming” and “flamboyant” staff provide “so-fresh” seafood and “excellent rôtisserie chicken”.

"We came for the fish and very good it was too. Crab cakes were very crabby and not too dry which is a usual trait. Little disappointed with the Lemon Sole which had its delicate flavour masked by a volley of Panko Crumbs. Wine list was excellent with the mid-priced wines outscoring the more expensive end of the list. Service was lively and not too in-your-face. Only one niggle was the pole running up the middle of our table. Didn't know whether to pole dance around it or dress up in a firepersons uniform."
"Brilliant venue for a bit of lunch and the seafood is excellent. It's not cheap but it's worth the price for the quality of food. Service is good but could be a little less 'pushy' in order to score even more highly. Whilst it's great to work so close to here I'd love a lunch in there where I didn't have to go back to the office in order to make full use of the white wine to accompany the high quality food in a lovely setting."
