"The first thing to say is that parking anywhere near the restaurant is near impossible. So it is really only any good for Long distance trekkers, local residents and those on public transport. Visited Bradleys for a semi business dinner and requested a larger quieter table for a 7.30 booking. When we eventually arrived the place was rammed with pre-theatre diners going to the local Hampstead theatre. No mention of these points were made by the restaurant at the time of booking. So we sat at a cramped table and had to continually ask for the wine to be topped up. The place emptied at 7.45 but the staff seemed to be pre-occupied with clearing and resetting the tables for the next sitting. We all had the Crab starter which was OK and passable but a little amateurish. 2 out of the 3 main courses were fine but the Turbot was undercooked, luke warm and flabby. Fair enough they didn't charge for this. Another comical moment was when I was asked to try the new bottle of white wine. I said it tasted OK but that it was warm and would prefer another bottle. The waitress said 'well I've opened it now and I will put it on ice for you!'. I said 'why did you ask you me to try it then?'. I think the irony and interest was lost on the East European psyche as she sauntered off to the ice bucket. An nice enough restaurant, with a good looking menu and wine list. All they need is a car park, a good chef, Maitre D and waiting staff and they will be there. We won't be going again."
