Harden's survey result
For 25 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. This year diners have submitted over 60,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK.
Fans say this upscale (and once-pre-eminent) establishment, on the Olympia/Kensington border, can still be “very good”; for an “expensive” place, though, it’s sometimes seemed “nothing special” of late.
Ken Lo’s Memories of China Restaurant Diner Reviews
"You do feel a little rushed. Food very good though."
"We have been coming to this restaurant for a long time and it is not as good as it used to be. For example the dumplings were almost uncooked and tasted raw. Service used to be so personal, but now we just seem like another client. Generally all enjoyable, but again we seemed to be in and out so quickly. Service a little too quick."
