“Scuzzy in looks, but packed for a reason!” – the Ally family’s “small and friendly” shop-conversion, near Edgware Road tube still draws a crowd thanks to its “fresh and inexpensive” Burmese chow (think Indian meets Chinese).
It may be “very basic” and “at the run-down end of the Edgware Road”, but this “friendly” family-run operation offers “different” Burmese dishes that are “cheap” and “tasty”; “always book to avoid disappointment – even on a Monday night!”
This family-run Burmese (Indian/Chinese) stalwart, near Edgware Road tube “has had its ups and downs”, but it’s “incredibly cheap”, and generally worth a try; “the interior is a bit rough-round-the-edges, but the welcome is warm and attentive”.
