“Loving the new look!” – Tom Aikens’s relaunch of his Chelsea HQ has revived enthusiasm for his “creative and fabulous” cuisine, and the whole operation works better in a more “casual” style; prices are still “eye-watering”, though, and critics can still find the food to be rather on the “fussy” side.
