Jockey Frankie Dettori is the PR-friendly backer of this mid-2011 Italian newcomer, in Chelsea; unfortunately we didn’t fit in a visit before this guide went to press, but the overall concept seems rather similar to the former occupant of the site, Carpaccio’s (RIP).
