“A real treat in every respect” – this luxurious, well-spaced Belgravia dining room is firing on all cylinders after its revamp last year; as well as the top-quality roast beef and grills for which it’s long been famous, the “seasonal menus show true skill and inventiveness”.
If only all hotel makeovers were as successful as the rejuvenation of this “spacious” Belgravia dining room – “a high quality traditional experience”, now offering what fans say is “the best roast beef in London”, albeit at “huge” cost.
“An old classic given new life after a makeover”; this “clubby” Belgravia dining room, renowned for beef long before the current steakhouse trend, remains as “abominably expensive” as ever, but more reporters this year felt that “the food matches up”.
