“The spectacular ambience in the beautiful tea rooms of the V&A” and the BFI branch’s “oasis” on the South Bank are highlights of this diverse fast-food chain; it still wins praise for “excellent coffee” and “interesting sandwiches”, but it’s “not as good as it used to be”.
Generally improving standards of late at this “friendly” fast-food chain, which inhabits some “stunning” sites; it’s a mixed bag, though – the V&A outlet is quite a “hidden gem”, but the prominent BFI Southbank branch has “gone downhill” in recent times.
