Pizza Restaurants in Bristol
1. Bosco Pizzeria Pizza restaurant in Bristol 96 Whiteladies Rd - BS8
A “superb, authentic” three-year-old Italian using “genuine Italian ingredients”; it’s about “more than just pizza” – although its Neapolitan-style versions are the bedrock of its reputation – and the “very pleasant staff” cope admirably with the (sizeable) crowds.
2. Flour & Ash Pizza restaurant in Bristol 230b Cheltenham Rd - BS6
A high-profile pizza joint and ice cream pitstop, touted for its sourdough bases and “great use of local produce to create interesting toppings”. It may be “a bit overrated by the trendies”, but reports are solid in the main. In spring 2017 they surprisingly closed their recently-opened outpost (in Casamia’s old Westbury-on-Trym home) to focus efforts on this their HQ.
3. eVo Italian restaurant in Bristol 96 Whiteladies Rd - BS8
2015 Review: Expect not just the usual pizzas and pastas but also more sophisticated modern Italian fare at this new Whiteladies Road restaurant and cicchetti bar; it’s undeniably high-end – all spotlights, marble tables and heavy gold mirrors – and the all-Italian wine list is well above average too.
