One of the city’s best-kept secrets for 17 years, this brightly coloured, carpet-clad staple on the outskirts continues to offer “something different” – namely “good quality food” with an “authentic Persian taste”. A four-year-old Jesmond sibling is also “excellent value for money and as good as the original”.
On the city outskirts, this local favourite “continues to impress” with its “deliciously spiced Middle Eastern cuisine (part-Persian, part-Turkish)” and in “substantial portions” too; for new converts, it’s something of “a revelation… how did we miss this before?!”
“Something different” – an “authentic” Iranian, on the outskirts of the city centre, which offers “really enjoyable” food; prices are “still very reasonable” too.
