Harden's says
Within a private members’ club, whose restaurant is now open to the public – John Javier’s small (34-cover) August 2022 newcomer in Fitzrovia is his first venture featuring Middle Eastern cuisine, zhooshed up with, for instance Asian seasonings, plus funky cocktails and wines. Expect Bedouin-style decor, DJs and live music. (Great name – whether Arthur, Zaphod and Marvin the paranoid android are regular customers is not yet known).

For 32 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

The Tent (at the End of the Universe) Restaurant Diner Reviews

"An odd little place carved out of a private members club. The food is mainly very good indeed (huge juicy prawns a big draw) with the occasional dud dish, the service pleasant if a little too-cool-for-school. The overall vibe from the room and the place as a whole is a touch offputtingly try-hard."
