Endo Kazutoshi (the director of Ichibuns, and previously sushi chef at Zuma) opens his exclusive (just 16 seats), no-expense-spared dining experience, in the rotunda of the former BBC Television Centre. Giles Coren of The Times ate there pre-opening, and had "the most perfect meal" of his 20 years as a critic, so expect to book months ahead for a seat.
