“A great concept”, this Marylebone venue invites a never-ending roster of top chefs from around the world to prepare their greatest hits at single-sitting dinners. The “always interesting” and “typically high quality” results justify regular visits as “an excellent way to try different food experiences and unusual cuisines”. Meanwhile, the versatile in-house kitchen team knock out excellent small plates at lunch times. The gallery upstairs rotates the artists, too.

Our inspiration for Carousel was simple. When the four of us aren’t talking about food, drink or travel, we’re dreaming about it - so what if we were able to work side by side with the people behind our favourite restaurants from around the world, right here in London?

Split across two buildings and five floors, our revolving creative hub is home to a carefully curated programme of chef residencies, art exhibitions and all round awesome experiences - morning, noon and night. Not to mention the best lunch in Marylebone.
