The pedigree at this City-fringe bistro (opening December 2017) is pretty impressive: owner Niall Davidson has worked at Chiltern Firehouse and St John Bread and Wine, chef Colin McSherry hails from The Fat Duck, and Honey Spencer, previously at Noma Mexico, will be in charge of the wine. Expect open flames and grilled flesh.
