Adjoining possibly Britain’s poshest farm shop owned by Lady Bamford, this stylish café is perhaps most popular for brunch or a “casual pizza”, but does also open in the evening for supper nights.
Lady Bamford’s ultra-chichi farmshop café wins most praise as a “great healthy brunch venue” (although fans say “the supper nights are amazing” too). Quality-wise “you get what you pay for here… even if you do pay a lot for it”.
This yummy mummy-beloved farmshop café remains “a great option in the country” for diners (and brunchers) seeking a faux-rustic organic idyll, and prepared to pay for it; “such a pain to wait for a table though!” and “when busy” (which is often) “standards can slip”.
With its modish “accent on fresh, organic food”, this strenuously chi-chi farmshop and café is “buzzing at lunchtime on every day of the week”; no gripes this year about the service, praised for its “professional” and “caring” attitude.
Daylesford Café Restaurant Diner Reviews
"I used to love coming here for an al fresco pizza but that concept isn’t really pushed now and instead as a family of four we try not to look too closely at the bill as it’s usually extortionate. Yes, the setting is lovely, but the cooking is not consistent, certainly not at the price."
