To start the Afternoon Bee, you and your guest will be offered refreshing iced mint tea, then a selection of finger sandwiches are served accompanied by a feast of creative sweet treats, including baked scones with freshly made jams, honey and clotted cream. Other indulgences come in the form of carrot cake cupcakes topped with ginger and honey cream and dusted with pollen or rosemary and honey macaroons with chocolate ganache. There is also a selection of 16 loose-leaf teas to choose from.
