Mediterranean Restaurants in Bristol
1. Lido Mediterranean restaurant in Bristol Oakfield Pl - BS8
A firmly established Bristol classic part of a beautiful old Victorian lido where the Mediterranean/North African tapas-style food, by ex-Moro chef Freddie Bird, is more than good enough (indeed, for some fans, its remarkable). Eating upstairs whilst watching others swim is the real pleasure (like being on holiday!).
2. Bravas Mediterranean restaurant in Bristol 7 Cotham Hill - BS6
A total gem!; all the essentials of a cosy, fun meal are to be had at this former pop-up now a buzzy Cotham Hill bar: authentic dishes (the closest to real tapas we have had in the UK, said our Spanish friend), a great gin menu and a perfect vibe.
3. Bellita Middle Eastern restaurant in Bristol 34 Cotham Hill - BS6
On the former site of Flinty Red (RIP), a little sister to the citys age-old Bells Diner a bright neighbourhood tapas bar, serving small plates of Spanish-, North African- and Middle Eastern-influenced cuisine. Early feedback is rapturous
amazing food from the Bells Diner gang (although it gets shouty and noisy as its often very busy).
4. Bordeaux Quay Mediterranean restaurant in Bristol Canons Way - BS1
In a great spot overlooking the waterfront, this multi-tasking brasserie, restaurant, deli and bakery a spacious warehouse conversion is a versatile destination with food thats rather above average.
