New to the line up is the Coeur de Cognac Award for Best Dessert – a much overlooked, yet sublime aspect to a complete dining experience.
Also new is the Rémy Martin XO Excellence Award for the Best All-Round Restaurant. This award is the result of painstaking analysis of the survey results to identify the true crème de la crème in the UK's ever more competitive restaurant world.
