According to This is Money, GR Holidings have parted way with CFO Nick Fletcher.
Fletcher's connection has been severed with 20 Ramsay-Group companies, but he remains a director at five, three of which are late on filing company information (a failing which leaves both Fletcher and Ramsay potentially liable for a – seldom enforced – fine of £5,000).
