Due to open at the beginning of November, The Hat and Tun is to be the latest addition to Tom and Ed Martin’s family of pubs.
It’s a revamped boozer on Hatton Wall, in the centre of Hatton Garden, which is reverting to its original name. The press release promises “the very best in seasonal British produce” and proceeds to give a round-up of gastropub classics from ham and parsley to steak and ale pie.
