Adlard’s in Norwich – nearly a quarter of a century in business, and one of England’s more notable provincial city-centre restaurants – is for sale. The restaurant, Michelin-starred for a time, has often had somewhat mixed reviews in Harden’s.
Owner David Adlard told Caterer & Hotelkeeper that it was time for a new challenge. It is not yet clear whether this will be in the hospitality sector.
PS (7 November) Caterersearch confirms that the property has now been sold to a local hotelier. David Adlard has bought a guesthouse in Norfolk.
