For ten days this summer, diners will be able to sample the foraged, Nordic-inspired cuisine that has made René Redzepi's Copenhagen restaurant Noma world-famous.
Priced at £195 for five courses, Redzepi will be creating a special menu “which will reflect his signature flavours and dishes from Noma, using local, seasonal British ingredients”.
‘A Taste of Noma’ is available for both lunch and dinner from 28 July to 6 August at Claridge's W1.
