Citing economic uncertainty, mega-success story Arbutus W1 has delayed plans for a City spin-off, reports Bloomberg.com.
The owners of the Soho restaurant told the financial news service that they had been in lengthy negotiations for a site in Smithfield, but they have decided to “hold back a bit to see what happens”.
More confidently, the owners of Galvin Bistrot de Luxe W1 confirmed to Bloomberg that they are “about to sign for a site in Spital Square”.
